Escape By The Bay

Nestled in the scenic Back Bay of Newport Beach, this project influenced new life into a circa-2000 Cape Cod-inspired track home, ushering in a European-inspired aesthetic.

The preservation of cherished family heirlooms, antiques, and artwork played a pivotal role in shaping the design narrative. Our involvement extended into reimagining the kitchen and primary bath, taking an active role in the construction process, and ensuring each detail was a perfect reflection of the client's vision. One of the highlights is the foyer, which contains original woodwork, adorning it with a sultry hue. The ceiling's wallpaper, accented with crushed mother of pearl adds an opalescent touch, reminiscent of clouds. The checkerboard tiles were a labor of love, each hand-selected and meticulously honed, epitomizing the craftsmanship that went into this remarkable home.
